Bounce Podiatry

Bounce Podiatry is a West Australian, family owned and operated business. Founded in 2014, the practice is among the leading progressive podiatry clinics in Perth.

They engaged us in late 2019 to develop a specific marketing program which would allow them to measure and evaluate all implemented strategies, CSAT and offline activity in a holistic way.

We’ve now implemented multiple growth projects and continue to provide ongoing strategic marketing and digital consultancy helping position Bounce Podiatry as one of the market leaders in Podiatry within WA.

Here’s two examples of how we worked with Bounce to grow their business.

Project One.

Challenge
Despite having an established database, Bounce realised they were not effectively creating brand advocates. Brand advocacy is one of the most powerful ways to grow your business and gain insights from your clients.

Solution
As part of the marketing program, we developed a referral program called “Share the Care” which gives Bounce the opportunity to reward current patients when they refer a new patient.

We successfully implemented “Share the Care” and in the last two years the referral program has delivered over $63k* in value back to the clinic.

The goal - deliver a high quality online experience for clients and visitors alike.

Surge worked with Vicki Coupe (Local Full Stack Developer and Designer) and the client to design and build a website which could support the clients brand community and patient journey.

Key features of the new website

  1. “The Education Hub” - an ever-growing library of videos, articles and downloads. The hub is designed to offer practical advice on the most commonly asked questions relating to podiatry and the various treatment therapies.

  2. Patient Portal - designed to provide a quick and easy way for Bounce’s patients to access valuable resources assigned by their podiatrist to help manage their injury or condition wherever they are.
